Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is usually carried by Australia Post, however we may decide to use a different service where necessary. Please ensure a valid address is supplied - we can deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Courier or postal services are used for international shipping. Your full name, phone number and email address are required for international orders, as well as a valid shipping address.

 

All international orders exceeding $199.00 AUD in value (excluding shipping costs) will be sent by the most suitable international carrier as determined by Santè Vitamins (including Australia Post). Exact shipping and delivery charges shall be determined by your location and the package weight. Santè Vitamins reserves the right not to deliver goods to certain countries.

 

Santè Vitamins cannot guarantee that a product can be lawfully imported to the destination country or that a package will be accepted by the relevant customs office as customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. When ordering goods for delivery outside Australia, you or the recipient must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Accordingly, you should check any import laws or regulations that would restrict the importation of the goods prior to purchase and be mindful of the fact that customs clearance procedures can cause significant delays. Santè Vitamins cannot be held liable for any shipping issues or delays.

 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any product ordered is not restricted in their country, and to pay for any applicable customs or import taxes, duties and/or fees.

 

If you are concerned that your order may be delayed or seized in transit, you should contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

If your order is seized by customs, you are responsible for contacting the relevant customs office and resolving the issue. Santè Vitamins cannot assist in clearing goods through customs and will not provide a refund or credit for any seized goods.

 

If your order was refused by customs and returned to Santè Vitamins, you will be refunded the original amount of your purchase, minus the shipping fee and a return fee equal to the cost of shipping once the product has been received back into our possession.

 

RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to not supply products based on your location.

RETURNS

1. CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. OTHER RETURNS

We accept Faulty and Damaged Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund. ​You must present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

3. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@santevitamins.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at support@santevitamins.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

4. CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
